At Complyance, we believe in compliance with a (wh) y.
Information security compliance is not about checking boxes - it’s about keeping customer data safe. By enabling under-resourced teams to increase their capacity and their visibility over their security posture, we are helping them protect what really matters. Our next-generation GRC platform is designed for organizations that want both efficiency and depth - no compromises.
Powered by configurability, integrations, and agentic AI, Complyance delivers tailored automation for Enterprises. We empower teams to build compliance programs that actually fit the way they work, with automation that’s flexible, powerful, and built for growth.
Our team is made up of high performers across every function. If you’ve ever heard the story of how an ‘excellent’ engineer is 10x better than a ‘good’ engineer, then you’ll understand this:
Complyance is full of 10x individuals. This fosters a culture of trust and inherent motivation, as each member of our team knows that every other member is delivering.
We’re looking for a US Field & Partnerships Marketer who will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to turn our relationships and events into real pipeline. You’ll own the US field calendar (events, dinners, round tables), help activate partnerships with associations, analysts and investors, and make sure every in‑person moment produces follow‑up, content and opportunities. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships and Marketing, making sure we show up well in the room and that momentum doesn’t die once the event ends.

Plan and run US field programs
Own the US event and field calendar: key conferences, investor/partner events, private dinners and round tables.

Work with the Partnerships team to plan and execute joint programs with associations, analysts, investors and key partners (e.g. OCEG, Business Reporter–type partners, analyst firms, consulting partners).

Coordinate with partner marketing teams to align on messaging, audiences and measurement.

Ensure pre‑event motion is tight: target lists agreed with Sales, clear messaging, outreach, and a reason to meet us.
Drive at‑event presence: help Sales and execs show up well with the right stories, visuals, and talking points.
Own post‑event follow‑up in partnership with Sales: summaries, personalised recaps, content bundles and clear next steps.
