Head of Demand Engine

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Demand Engine to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements.

The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location:

New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $245,000 – $275,000 annually

• Own the strategy and execution for demand programs
• Create integrated marketing programs from product stories and customer proof
• Establish a high-velocity practice for testing and optimization
• Define paid digital demand strategy while partnering with Performance Marketing
• Manage digital demand initiatives including webinars and email campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Rev Ops on global marketing metrics
• Lead and nurture a talented team in demand generation

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation
• Strong judgment with a proven track record of successful marketing programs
• Deep understanding of digital demand channels
• Data literacy with experience in marketing analysis and ROI reporting
• Executive presence and ability to earn trust with leadership
• Experience leading and developing teams in a dynamic setting
• Global marketing experience or willingness to learn
