Company Description
Amberjack is a fast-growing DTC footwear brand. We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help lead customer acquisition and retention. We’re a small, scrappy team based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
What You’ll Do- Help lead marketing strategy end-to-end
- Scale and optimize paid media (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Lead creative testing and messaging
- Track performance, set targets, and drive results
- 1-4 years in DTC growth or performance marketing
- Strong paid media and analytics experience
- Hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
- $70-110k salary
- Eligible for annual cash bonus
- Equity in the company via stock options
- Fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible work environment: 3 days / week in office, 20 days PTO, 4 weeks fully remote
