Job Description
We're looking for a creative storyteller who can turn complex transformation and change initiatives into engaging, easy-to-understand content that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption. This role combines content strategy, change communications, and hands‑on content creation to support internal and client transformation programs.
Responsibilities- Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
- Produce digital content across social, video, presentation, intranet, newsletter, and training formats
- Develop communication and content strategies that support transformation and change initiatives
- Create and manage content plans, campaigns, and editorial calendars
- Develop bite‑sized, authentic social assets that increase engagement and reinforce key messages
- Partner with change, learning, communications, and business teams to align messaging and content priorities
- Leverage Gen AI and content creation tools to accelerate content development and improve quality
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize content and communications approaches
- 2+ years in content strategy, communications, change management, marketing, or related fields
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with structured process documentation and marketing platforms / terminology
- Experience creating short‑form video, social content, and executive‑ready materials
- Ability to simplify complex business or technology topics

CompensationCompensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
