Junior Campaign Manager

We are seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to join our New York team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people, representing leading brands, and developing valuable sales and marketing skills. You'll support the delivery of live marketing campaigns, engage directly with customers, and gain hands‑on experience through full paid training from day one.

• Represent client brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns, delivering a professional and engaging customer experience
• Engage directly with customers to answer questions, promote products and services, and build brand awareness Learn about clients' products, services, and target audiences through structured training and hands‑on experience
• Support the planning and execution of live marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives
• Track campaign performance, maintain accurate records, and assist with daily campaign reporting
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve campaign objectives and deliver outstanding results
• Progress towards managing campaigns and mentoring new team members, with ongoing support from senior leadership

Requirements: 0-2 years of experience (recent graduates welcome, any background), strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, US work authorisation, and the ability to travel locally for promotional events and campaign activities.
