• Developing targeted marketing campaigns by interpreting customer behavior and optimizing marketing efforts.
• Offering guidance and support to clients in improving customer engagement and increasing revenue growth.
• Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members.
• Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to enhance customer relationship management and engagement strategies.
• Conducting campaign performance analysis to identify business opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with client objectives.
• Embracing change and adapting strategies to meet evolving business contexts and client needs.
• Upholding professional and technical standards while delivering quality solutions to clients.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.

• Preference for degrees in Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information Cyber Security, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer‑relationship management.
• Analytical thinking for marketing campaign development.
• Expertise in brand marketing and promotional strategy.
• Digital marketing skills for customer engagement.
• Strategic marketing capabilities that drive business transformation.
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability in complex environments.

Up to 60% travel.

Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000. Compensation within this range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
