Bliss is a fast-growing beauty brand with a strong DTC, Amazon, and Tik Tok presence. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead all brand, affiliate, paid advertising, and CRM marketing for Bliss across all channels.

This role oversees all marketing efforts for Bliss and reports directly to the GM of Bliss. The Head of Marketing will hire and manage a team of full-time employees, freelancers, and agencies to support the business.

The ideal candidate is an experienced direct-to-consumer marketer with a strong aptitude for brand storytelling. They will have managed 8-figure marketing budgets and have direct experience managing growth marketing channels (Meta, Google, Tik Tok) and CRM (email, text, loyalty). This person will have a laser focus on KPIs like CAC, AOV, and LTV, a scrappy can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — someone who can anticipate issues, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that support continued growth.

• Manage 8-figure marketing budget and provide consistent reporting and insights into KPI drivers
• Direct all growth marketing across DTC, Amazon, and Tik Tok with the support of the Bliss Head of Growth and in‑house Bliss Amazon and Tik Tok teams; strategically deploy ad spend cross‑channel to meet revenue goals and scale into acquisition efficiencies
• Partner with in‑house creative and brand marketing leads to execute brand campaigns, events, and produce creative assets for all channels
• Own the Bliss e‑commerce website and channel (development, merchandising, imagery, apps, etc.) with the support of an e‑Commerce Manager (direct report) and freelancers
• Own CRM with support of CRM Manager (direct report) and agencies to drive LTV
• Drive Bliss brand marketing efforts with support of PR agency, Brand Associate (social, influencer, events), and internal Bliss brand marketing team; concept all brand moments and provide budget and guidance for execution
• Manage a team of 4 direct reports and relationships with cross-functional teams, as well as freelance and agency partners

• 7+ years of experience in marketing for consumer brands
• Experience managing large marketing budgets with an emphasis on growth marketing
• Direct experience managing a Meta advertising account
• CRM experience, specifically email and text marketing
• Brand‑forward thinker with a natural ability to weave storytelling into communications
• Ability to prioritize and lead under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive, self‑motivated, and collaborative attitude

• Experience with Amazon FBA, Tik Tok Shop, or similar marketplaces
