PR And Communications Manager

Summary

The PR And Communications Manager will lead communications for the Americas, overseeing PR, marketing, events and retail activations to build Balenciaga's brand image. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, this role partners with global and regional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support retail initiatives. The position is based in New York and will manage cross-functional programs and VIP engagement across North, Central and South America.

• Develop and implement seasonal PR and communications strategies and product launch plans for the Americas
• Manage all public relations activities, pitching and securing press features across print and digital outlets
• Plan and oversee event programming, including location scouting, guest lists, logistics and reporting
• Manage internal communications for the AMER region and support global brand partnerships
  
  Support retail marketing efforts including seasonal asset delivery, paid and organic campaigns, and VIP programming
• Lead and mentor department assistants, specialists, coordinators and interns and manage vendor and invoice processes

• 5-7 years of relevant communications or PR experience, ideally within luxury fashion
• Strong strategy development, organizational and project management skills
• Established relationships with fashion and cultural media and strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
