Overview:

The Collaborations, Partnerships, and Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for managing meeting schedules, calendars, and tasks in relation to any collaboration or partnership. You will report into our Senior Director of Licensing and our Partnerships and Collaborations Manager.

Who you Are:

We are seeking an innovative, creative, collabs obsessed team member to join our team. You are passionate about the Roller Rabbit brand and want to support activations that drive brand awareness that lead to growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional counterparts and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.

You have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and are an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day management of Roller Rabbit's brand partnerships, licensing programs, and special collaborations from concept through launch
  • Coordinate cross-functional work streams across Design, Merchandising, Production, Marketing, and Operations to keep projects moving on schedule
  • Manage sample organization and coordination across all partnerships
  • Assist with partner communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and managing follow-ups.
  • Support by tracking royalty reporting deadlines, collecting sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating invoice requests
  • Conduct competitive research and identify new collaboration opportunities, licensing categories, and potential brand partners
  • Track partnership performance and compile post-launch sales, marketing, and customer insights to support future collaborations

Key Skills:

  • Prior understanding of past partnerships including but not limited to, Love Shack Fancy , Starbucks, Hill House Home, Pottery Barn Teen and Pottery Barn Kids, Stoney Clover Lane, etc.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Coordination/calendar-management
  • Passion for meeting and solving challenges, solution-based thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously, under tight deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and last-minute shifts
  • Highly passionate about the Roller Rabbit brand
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
