Position Overview

The E-Commerce Performance Management & Analytics Lead, North America is a commercially minded leader responsible for driving digital demand, customer acquisition, retention, and profitable growth across Ralph Lauren's North America e-commerce business. This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, performance media, CRM, CIX, analytics, merchandising, site experience, finance, and agency partners, ensuring marketing investments are planned, measured, optimized, and translated into actions that support revenue, margin, customer file growth, lifetime value, and long-term brand health.

The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset, luxury retail sensibility, performance marketing expertise, and analytical discipline. They will help connect Ralph Lauren's brand moments, product priorities, customer insights, and commercial objectives into an integrated North America marketing operating model that improves how the business plans, measures, and optimizes e-commerce demand across paid, owned, and partner touchpoints. Further, this role will support efforts to adapt our programs to the changing digital ecosystem and will be responsible for projects focused on AI visibility, taxonomy, advanced measurement, and evolving analytics capabilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities North America E-Commerce Performance Strategy & Growth Planning
  • Develop and lead integrated North America e‑commerce marketing strategies that drive qualified traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, and profitable growth across Ralph Lauren's digital commerce channels.
  • Translate Ralph Lauren brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional strategies, key category moments, and customer insights into clear marketing plans across paid, owned, CRM, and partner channels.
  • Partner with Digital Commerce, Merchandising, Planning, CRM, CIX, Site Experience, Creative, Finance, and agency teams to align marketing activities with business priorities, inventory opportunities, launch calendars, and customer growth objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, brands, categories, channels, and lifecycle stages, balancing near‑term business performance with long‑term customer value and luxury lifestyle brand equity.
  • Supported by a Senior Manager of Analytics, lead projects to strengthen digital marketing foundations, including taxonomy, tag implementation and governance, measurement frameworks, and attribution capabilities.
  • Remain at the forefront of the future of search and digital discovery, driving efforts related to AI visibility while adapting to rapid changes in the search and commerce ecosystem.
Performance Management, Forecasting & Optimization
  • Own North America e‑commerce performance management routines, including weekly business reviews, monthly business updates, quarterly business reviews, and executive‑ready narratives for Marketing and business leadership.
