Run Things is seeking a dynamic A&R/Marketing lead to discover artists before they break out and guide them to successful campaigns. This is a full-cycle executive role: scouting, signing, and marketing the artist from the first voice memo to a marketing push.
You will work closely with artists, their teams, and our label to build resources, plan releases, and stay ahead of culture. A background in music marketing or A&R, plus a willingness to wear many hats, is essential.
