Nike - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop creator marketing strategies and end to end campaigns for North America across two key sport categories; establish a tiered creator model with clear roles and cross-team integration; uphold brand standards and best practices for creator partnerships to ensure brand safety and long-term value; forge strategic partnerships with creators, agencies, and platforms with regular reviews and milestones; design and implement a test & learn agenda to drive innovation and performance;
drive seeding approaches to ensure the creator network represents current product stories; collaborate with Affiliate Marketing, Entertainment Marketing, and communications teams to meet brand and business goals; manage creators on-the-ground at events to drive in-person impact with teen athletes.
