Description
Position Summary:
- Assists in defining the Marketing Strategy for the brand for the affiliate.
- Assists in building and driving the 360 consumer marketing plan across all media channels.
- Designs and executes consumer activations on and offline working closely with necessary teams (CRM, Earned, Digital, Sales, etc) ensuring brand identity is always pushed forward and respected.
Functions:
- Works with Marketing Senior Manager in adapting the Global/Regional marketing strategy to maximize local relevancy.
- Defines along with the Marketing senior manager the Consumer Calendar (launches, online key shopping moments, retailers activities) for all channels, working closely with Product Marketing, Trade, Online, Commercial teams.
- Translates local consumer insights into marketing and selling opportunities.
- Collects and understands best practices from region, commercial and digital teams.
- Analyzes the competitive landscape and trends in market (NPD, merchandising, launches, pricing, and channels) to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement.
- Compiles campaign performance results (on and offline) and extracts learnings to adapt strategy in an agile way.
- Supports and cooperates with the Consumer Marketing Senior Manager and Product team to develop and share proactively all information about calendar/forecast changes impacting DP and forecast (Marketing calendar, campaigns, HTSM, consumer relevant activities).
- Takes part in the A&P budget and optimization actively.
- Supports Marketing Senior Manager in Media planning and execution with agency.
- Strong communication skills including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders.
- Data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits and with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to test, learn and challenge the status quo.
- Multitasking and decision-making skills.
- Team player with a high level of initiative and assertiveness.
- High sensitivity to luxury industry.
- Bachelor´s Degree.
- +4 years of Marketing Experience.
- Fluent English is a must.
