Job responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
- Analyze basic performance metrics and customer trends to support team insights and improve marketing outcomes.
- Partner with team members, stakeholders, to contribute to projects while building foundational marketing and professional skills.
- Support marketing projects by using AI and new technologies to research trends, draft content, and brainstorm campaign ideas, while building an understanding of how technology improves insights and storytelling.
- A well‑rounded academic background.
- Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2027 through June 2028.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing as depicted by relevant coursework, prior roles, or leadership in a school or community organization.
- Ability to thrive and manage multiple projects in a collaborative fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to effectively tailor marketing strategies.
- Ability to think creatively in order to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging content, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and information to understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Strong research skills with the ability to conduct marketing research and gather insights about competitors, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with using generative AI to support marketing tasks such as research, content development, and insights, with an awareness of data accuracy, ethical use, and the role of human judgment.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Suite, Adobe Analytics, and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay‑per‑click (PPC) advertising.
- Ability to leverage AI‑enabled tools to analyze consumer data, generate insights, support personalization, and improve marketing decision‑making, with an understanding of responsible and ethical AI use.

Base Pay/SalaryNew York, NY $80,000.00 ‑ $80,000.00
