We’re seeking an
Account Manager who is client-obsessed, analytically sharp, and ready to drive results. You’ll be responsible for deepening client relationships, delivering campaign performance insights, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term growth.

Salary: $85,k base plus commissison

• Serve as the day‑to‑day client lead for a portfolio of high‑value advertisers across industries.
• Deliver strategic insights and performance reporting, connecting campaign results to broader business goals.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by understanding client needs and Perion’s evolving product suite.
• Educate clients on the power of our omnichannel offerings (search, social, display, CTV, DOOH) and how they drive measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Analytics teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and optimization.
• Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery of campaigns, proactively addressing any issues.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations that demonstrate ROI and business impact.
• Own timelines and deliverables, ensuring internal teams and clients are aligned at every stage.
• Support product rollout initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions for client‑facing teams.
• Help drive operational excellence by improving team workflows and client engagement strategies.
• Lead weekly internal syncs and client performance reviews, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Build strong relationships with commercial pod members to support cross‑functional planning and execution.
• Stay up to date on product innovations and industry trends through ongoing training and external research.

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or campaign strategy within the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proven success managing advertisers and/or agency relationships with a focus on performance and client growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting media performance data and delivering strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a passion for simplifying complex data into compelling narratives.
• High attention to detail, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Meta, or other programmatic tools is a plus.
