BAR fragrance brand, is hiring a Director, Visual & Digital Storytelling. Incubator creative is a distinct sport: many brands, many retailers, one team making each look like it has its own headquarters, the brand-building machinery our brand-building coverage pulls apart.

The Director leads visual identity and content across the portfolio: campaign and packaging art direction, digital and retail media assets, storytelling systems each brand can scale, and the photo and video pipelines feeding retailers and social channels. The role runs internal creatives and external partners against relentless launch calendars.

Senior creatives from beauty, CPG, or agency backgrounds who can carry several distinct brand voices at once, with strong art direction portfolios spanning packaging through short-form video. Full-time, New York based.
