** GEICO is building a next-generation marketing organization—one that is faster, smarter, and designed for continuous growth. At the center of this evolution is a newly built Marketing Strategy function.

The Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Intelligence will serve as key advisor to the CMO and thought partner to the executive team responsible for shaping how GEICO understands its audiences, defines its strategy, and translates insight into action.

This role is not just about delivering strategy it is about building the discipline of marketing strategy for the future. You will define how strategy is developed, how insights are operationalized, and how narrative drives decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a T-shaped strategist equally strong in analytics, brand, customer understanding, and storytelling who can operate at both altitude and in the details.

This individual must be a leader and a doer as this superpower team gets established.

* What You’ll Do:

**** Define the Future of Marketing Strategy (Core to the Role)
*** Build and lead GEICO’s modern marketing strategy function, establishing new standards for how strategy is developed, communicated, and activated.
* Define the frameworks, processes, and outputs that connect audience insight → strategy → execution → measurement.
* Lead a team of 3-5 strategy and insights professionals.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO and leadership team on the most critical marketing and growth decisions.
