Our Intern program is a
paid opportunity that allows participants to contribute to the organization’s success while at the same time applying learnings from the classroom. Interns are responsible for their individual transportation and housing needs.

All Interns are expected to work 24-29.9 hours a week during the session. While each intern will be working with a specific division, they will have the opportunity to learn about other areas within Excel, through lunch and learns held throughout the semester.

Our Fall Program runs from Monday, September 14th, 2026 through Thursday, December 10th, 2026

• 9:00 am‑6:00 PM ET, Monday-Friday OR as agreed upon with advisor. Days inofficemust be coordinated with Advisor’sschedules.

• Be available to workunder 30hours per week.
• Be available to report to theNew YorkOfficeapproximately3-daysa week.
• Have a senior standing in college (must have completed your junior year ofundergrad)

• Be enrolled in a graduate school

• Have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.

• Applications will close on August 14th, 2026
• If selected, the expectation is that offers will be extended mid to late August.
• The program will begin on September 14th, 2026.

• Assists the Social Media teamindesigninggraphicsfor Excel social channels
• Assistin versioning out template-based content
• Assistin developing creative concepts for social media initiatives
• Proficiency and experience in Adobe Photoshoparerequired
• Must provide creativeportfolio
• Mustdemonstratehigh attention to detail and consistency
• Learns the importance of C.A.R.E. (consistency, authenticity,relevanceand engagement.)
• Will learnthedesignprocess ofcontent to be published for approved stories andin-feedposts
• Will develop skills needed to designcontent specifically forsocial media
• Will learn tomaintainbrand consistency across social channels
• Will have access to the Excel team for industry advice and learnings
• May occasionally be assigned projects outside the Social Media/Communications group to gain exposure to other divisions within Excel.

The pay for this position is: $17.00 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good‑faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California and New York City Salary Transparency Law.
