We are a Series-A (backed by A16Z), AI platform built for fashion brands and retailers. We are the connective tissue between design, product development, merchandising, marketing, ecommerce and wholesale teams. We help them move faster from concept to market-ready assets — using industry-leading AI. Some of the world's top fashion brands (LVMH, Rag & Bone, Under Armour, TJX, Levis, Kate Spade, etc.)
rely on us to streamline their workflows and accelerate product development.
We're hiring an Growth Marketing Engineer to build the AI systems that run Raspberry's marketing engine and to own the growth and product-marketing outcomes those systems drive.
This role sits inside marketing, working side-by-side with every function — demand gen, brand, content, sales — to improve the speed, quality and scale of what we do. You'll own the growth motion these systems power including demand generation and GTM execution.
What You'll DoShadow marketing and GTM functions to identify high-leverage systems to build from scratch, leaving only the decision points where human judgment matters
Build the search and AI visibility infrastructure and the systems that monitor how Raspberry's content and positioning show up in AI-generated answers
Invent capabilities the team doesn't have yet — a competitive-intel agent that updates battle cards in real time and flags shifts before the next sales call, a system that turns every customer story into distribution-ready content, a sentiment-monitoring pipeline across customer and market signals
Own the marketing data infrastructure: connect campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact into dashboards and reporting that stay accurate and actionable
Codify what works into templates, scripts, and repeatable playbooks; run disciplined experiments and treat each deployment as a hypothesis
Multiply the rest of the team with enablement — document your builds, share walkthroughs, and make your systems usable by marketing and sales without you in the loop
Build and scale Raspberry's demand generation function — multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, webinars, and content syndication that drive qualified pipeline
Plan and run field marketing in NYC and LA: industry events, dinners, conferences, and targeted regional activations (especially in fashion/retail hubs) that generate and accelerate pipeline
Excited and motivated by AI systems and curious about the future of marketing under the new environment of
4+ years across growth/demand generation, product marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role combining marketing strategy with hands-on systems building; ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company (fashion/retail/creative tech a plus)
Have shipped internal tools or systems that a team fully adopted and used to move real marketing or pipeline metrics
A proven track record building demand-gen programs that drove measurable pipeline, and developing positioning and messaging that drives it
Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you don't wait to be told what to build next; you have the marketing instincts to know what's valuable and the resourcefulness to make it happen
Hands-on, practical experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or similar) to design and stand up automations and workflows yourself — no coding background required
Hands-on with demand-gen channels (paid search/social, email, webinars, ABM) and the systems behind them — marketing automation, CRM (e.g. Hub Spot)
Familiarity with how search engines and AI models discover, index, and surface content
Strong analytical instincts; comfortable owning a number and reporting on it honestly
Be an owner: We take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. We don't wait for permission — we step up, move fast, and hold ourselves accountable to results.
Bias to solution: We go beyond identifying problems to actively unblocking ourselves and others.
Customer obsession: Everything we build starts with the customer. We listen deeply, move quickly, and…
