Are your Tik Tok FYP recommendations suspiciously accurate? Do your friends rely on you to find the best restaurants, coordinate the trip itineraries, and find the latest trends? We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts trend-obsessed and detail-oriented to join our growing influencer marketing team.

WHO WE ARE

Open Influence is a global, award-winning creator marketing company, providing premium, end-to-end creator marketing solutions. Since 2013, we have been pioneering the creator economy, executing social-first strategies for over 1,500 top brands—including Universal, Spotify, Google, FOX, Target, and more! As a platform-agnostic and talent-agnostic partner, we connect brands with the right creators, on the right channels, to drive measurable impact and business growth.

We won’t bury the lead: success in this role requires a creative “free-range” mindset, paired with immaculate project management skills and attention to the finer details. We combine our passion for culture with an infectious commitment to driving meaningful results for our clients. Sure, every agency will have a ‘work hard, play harder’ environment. Our approach is: work smarter, play better.

With a 92% renewal rate, brands don’t just work with us—they stay with us.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships and rigor. You’re detail-obsessed in the best way, but you also genuinely enjoy working with people, especially creators, agents, and internal partners. You like having clear frameworks, templates, and processes, and you take pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and moving forward.

You’re plugged into creator culture. You understand how talent agencies operate, how influencer deals come together, and why relationship building matters just as much as clean paperwork. You’re collaborative, proactive, and excited to grow into a role that touches both the operational backbone and the creative heart of influencer marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Talent Coordinator, you’ll support influencer campaigns post-sale by serving as the first line of support for Account Managers on influencer vetting and agency feedback while also assisting the Talent Relations function with sourcing, outreach, and agency relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Relations Support:

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with talent agencies and creators through clear, friendly communication.
  • Conduct soft outreach to celebrity talent, niche creators, and platform-specific creators to confirm availability, rates, and creative feasibility.
  • Review talent submissions from agencies to ensure relevance and prevent roster dumping.
  • Support roster management by assisting with agency updates and internal talent tracking.
  • Conduct basic talent vetting to confirm brand safety, platform alignment, and campaign fit.
  • Support the broader Talent Relations team on ad hoc projects, sourcing needs, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, consistently identifying emerging creators, niche talent, and new trends to inform recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or social media
  • Must have a strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube; you know what works and why.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting quick-turn deadlines.
  • Confident, collaborative, and ready to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about social strategy, creators, culture, and staying ahead of social trends.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
Please note:

This is a hybrid role with an onsite expectation of 2 days per week in the New York office.

The expected salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD, depending on experience.
