About the role

We are seeking a visionary, high-velocity leader to serve as the Marketing Growth Lead, for our Mobility business in the Americas (US&C and LATAM). Positioned at the intersection of Brand and Performance Marketing, you will orchestrate the end-to-end growth funnel to supercharge Uber’s Mobility business across the region.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, cross-functional leadership, and executive communication skills. Partnering with key cross-functional leaders across the region, you will evolve our marketing engine to perfectly balance brand equity with performance-driven outcomes. It’s a high-visibility, high-impact position for someone who is ready to drive the next phase of our regional growth and expansion.

Own the end-to-end growth funnel for Mobility, identifying levers to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and frequency across diverse markets.
  • Integrated Planning:
In partnership with Regional Marketing Ops drive annual and ongoing regional planning cycles, translating high-level business goals into actionable, scalable marketing work streams across the regions
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Brand and Performance teams to ensure a unified "Full Funnel" approach where creative excellence meets data-driven execution.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing Ops and General Managers to align marketing spend with operational realities (e.g., driver supply, courier density, and local marketplace health).
  • Utilize data-driven insights to pivot strategies in real-time, responding to competitive threats or emerging market opportunities.
  • Synthesize complex growth metrics into compelling narratives for the Americas leadership team, providing clear recommendations for investment and resource allocation.
  • Empower and guide a dedicated team, fostering a culture of accountability to consistently exceed performance benchmarks.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in marketing, specifically in building multi-channel and cross-channel digital strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist senior management and other business leaders with decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Clear, concise communication skills

  • Ability to drive multiple projects at the same time to on-time completion
  • Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context
  • Good interpersonal skills: experience managing successfully with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Good organizational skills & attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning
  • Critical thinker who is able to solve business problems and communicate solutions in an engaging way to cross-functional teams
  • A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations
