About the Team
The Fitch Ratings Marketing team serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating commercial priorities into high-impact go-to-market programs that strengthen positioning and drive measurable impact . The team works across content and product marketing, analytics, enablement, events, advertising, digital channels, and brand strategy to shape annual marketing direction, guide execution, and support business growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Associate Director, Marketing will lead marketing strategy and execution for Fitch Ratings’ Global cross-sector Private Credit business and North America Corporates, Infrastructure and Project Finance (CIPF) business. Specific responsibilities include:
- Serve as marketing subject matter expert for Fitch Ratings’ Business Relationship Management (BRM) group, consulting with business partners to develop an annual marketing plan and supporting marketing budget.
- Define annual marketing priorities, campaign direction and channel strategy in alignment with business objectives, audience requirements and market opportunities.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital, social media, email, web and events.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for research launches, thought leadership initiatives, and data-driven product or content campaigns.
- Coordinate with Events and cross-functional teams to plan, promote, and measure hosted events, sponsor ships, and other market-facing programs, including managing budgets and tracking spend against plans.
- Partner with BRM and internal Design & Creative partners to develop high-quality marketing content and collateral that supports awareness, engagement, retention, and business growth.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness, audience engagement, and return on marketing investment.
You May be a Good Fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of marketing experience within financial services or capital markets, preferably for a global B2B firm.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and cross-channel programs that support business growth and commercial objectives.
- Strong writing, editing and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, formats, and channels.
- Experience creating and managing annual marketing budgets, reviewing key priorities with stakeholders and tracking spend accurately against plan.
- Fluency with digital marketing and marketing technology platforms, including CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketo, as well as social and analytics tools such as Hootsuite.

- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution, operating effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in and strong understanding of fixed income, corporate finance, capital markets, or the credit ratings landscape is strongly preferred.
