Utilizes specialized knowledge to execute tasks, lead smaller projects or oversee specific components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems and contributes to process improvements by applying technical or professional expertise. Decision-making is informed by established practices and past experience, ensuring effective and informed outcomes.

May oversee the daily activities of team members within a specific area, to ensure task completion, and coordinating with other supervisors as necessary. Develops and shapes compelling written platform and campaign narrative, brand messaging and content across multichannel platforms. Creates clear, engaging, and strategically aligned messaging that reflects brand voice, audience insights, and business objectives. Collaborate with art direction, design, strategy, social, client teams, and/or production to develop content experience that strengthen audience engagement, cultural relevance, and creative effectiveness across media and platform ecosystem.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
