We are a nimble, highly collaborative team looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented B2B Marketing Associate to join us. Reporting directly to the Head of B2B Marketing, this role is perfect for a “thinker‑doer” with a strong analytical mindset who is eager to own lifecycle marketing architecture and optimization strategies targeted at asset managers.
Responsibilities- Execute multi‑channel programs: implement B2B marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels to help drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Lifecycle automation & personalisation: design, build, and scale email journeys; build data‑driven segmentation to deliver personalised web and email experiences at scale.
- Web & campaign optimisation: own A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates, landing page performance, and user journeys.
- Campaign coordination: manage day‑to‑day logistics of campaigns and marketing programs, including scheduling, asset management, and cross‑functional coordination with the broader marketing team.
- Content production: assist in the development of creative briefs and coordinate with internal partners to produce high‑impact marketing content.
- Marketing operations: manage email workflows, list segmentation, and lead scoring within automation tools.
- Data analytics: monitor, analyse, and report on full‑funnel metrics and campaign performance; translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Continuous improvement: identify and implement optimisation opportunities to improve performance.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience within financial services, asset management, or wealth management; ownership of lifecycle, demand generation, and/or ABM programmes is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing‑and‑sales tech stacks, including Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and collaboration or design tools such as Figma.
- Strong project‑management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end‑to‑end while balancing short‑ and long‑term objectives.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and turn insights into next steps.
- Comfort using AI‑powered tools to improve marketing effectiveness, including content development, personalisation, audience insights, and performance analysis.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality of work.
Location:
New York City, NY. This role is hybrid – three days in the office per week.
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
