Managing a team of 3+ direct reports, the full-time remote Associate Director of Paid Advertising will oversee client accounts, drive strategic growth initiatives, and enhance team skills while ensuring high-quality execution of paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a pod of paid advertising team members, focusing on their development and team culture
- Oversee client account performance, ensuring timely delivery and proactive strategy recommendations
- Utilize AI technologies and operational excellence to optimize workflows and enhance team performance
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting
- Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing and Meta ads direct response campaigns
- 3+ years of management experience leading teams
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite
- Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and the role of paid advertising within it
