About the role
We're the Growth Marketing team. We move fast, run experiments (a lot of them), and measure everything. SEO + GEO is our engine, and we ship weekly. We're looking for someone who lives in content, thinks in keywords, and treats AI as a teammate.
What you'll doShip content, fast. Upload, publish, and update content at a high, steady cadence.
Keep content winning. Refresh existing pages for SEO and GEO/AEO - AI engines love freshness, and so do we.
Do the research. Keyword and cluster research, gap-hunting, and 1:1 position analysis to feed the content engine.
Work AI-native. Use content bots, automations, and tools (Profound, Semrush, Claude) to move faster and smarter every week.
Own your KRs. Track what you ship, tie it to impact, and log it in the experiments sheet.
Native-level English - flawless writing and editing, no exceptions.
Speed. You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than sit on a draft.
SEO fluency. Keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure are second nature.
AI-native mindset. You already build with AI tools and want to push them further.
Ownership. You care about the numbers, a lot!
Experience with GEO/AEO (optimizing for AI search).
Comfort with automation, prompts, and lightweight content tooling.
A track record of quick wins - content that ranked fast.
Weekly ships. Real KRs. Experiments over opinions. If you like seeing your work go live and climb the rankings within the same month, you'll fit right in.
