Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who's spent real time in the trenches of growth — not someone who's only ever run ads. This is a role for a technical marketer who understands the full growth stack: paid acquisition, workflow automation, and B2B positioning, ideally sharpened through agency experience.

You’ll work closely with our internal team, taking ownership of campaigns and processes rather than waiting to be told what to do.

• Own and execute growth marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels
• Build and maintain marketing workflows and automations
• Bring a B2B lens to campaign strategy and execution
• Report on real, measurable deliverables, not vanity metrics
• Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional team members

• 4-5+ years of total marketing experience
• Hands-on paid ads/paid media experience — but not exclusively an ads background. We want someone who's worked more broadly in growth marketing
• Agency experience strongly preferred
  
  Proven ability to build out workflows and processes from scratch
• Strong B2B marketing experience
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Python, Zapier, or similar (nice-to-have, not required)
