Marketing Assistant​/Coordinator II

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a prominent clientofours.

Job Description

• Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
• Duration: 12-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gift Set Development: Propose and manage mix combinations for Gift Sets and Gifts with Purchase by assessing available inventory (bags/samples) and coordinating with the global team for accessory orders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with promo operations, trade marketing, and creative teams—both locally and in Paris—to align on gift mix briefs, artwork development, quantities, and timelines.
• Operational Support: Route product codes in the system for gift sets and GWP, and oversee end-to-end timelines with promo and creative operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 6 months of marketing experience
• Strong project management and operational skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating new systems (code creation is a key part of the role)
