Honeydew is building a platform for hundreds of millions of people globally to access expertise and science‑backed skin treatments, from prescription to retail. Our tech‑forward dermatology experience helps people with chronic skin conditions access licensed specialists, FDA‑approved treatment, and ongoing support in record time (24 hours vs. an industry average of 6 months). Honeydew is the future of skin health — digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end‑to‑end (evaluation + treatments + lab tests), and powered by AI.

At Honeydew, we’re redefining how Americans access dermatology care — tackling huge barriers in access and cost with a model that makes getting evidence‑backed treatment easy, affordable, and genuinely effective. The market is enormous, and we’ve only just begun to scratch the surface. We’re building a growth team where strong creative drives results. Our paid and creator engine is one of the things working best, and this role is how we pour fuel on it — taking the executional load off the team so our senior operators can focus on the highest‑leverage work: sourcing great creators and on‑camera talent, and running integrated creative strategy across channels.

This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their growth career who wants real ownership fast. You’ll run the brief pipeline, prep and QA ads for launch, support our agency partnership, and own reporting. It’s a front‑row seat to how a high‑velocity paid social engine actually works, with a clear path to grow as the channel scales. You’ll join the Honeydew Growth team led by Connor Kreutz and report directly to Martha Collins, who leads Paid Social & Creator Partnerships.

The team is based in New York City.

• Own the production brief pipeline — taking over the bulk of briefs for our creative lead and contracting editors, and reviewing incoming content from our new videographer as that channel ramps. This is our biggest time sink today, and you owning it is the single biggest unlock of the role.
• Prep and QA ads for launch on Meta and Tik Tok — making sure everything is trafficked correctly, named cleanly, and ready to go live without a hitch.
• Support the agency partnership — reviewing and helping push approvals and prep with their media buyer.
• Own reporting — pulling Meta reports for creative recaps and supporting funnel analytics, so insights are ready when the team needs them.
• Keep concept‑to‑launch moving so our senior operators can spend their time on partnerships, talent, and cross‑channel strategy instead of day‑to‑day execution.

• 1–3 years in paid social, growth, or marketing operations at a consumer brand or agency.
• Demonstrated ability to brief high‑performing ad creative (static and video).
• Hands‑on with Meta and Tik Tok Ads Managers — comfortable trafficking, QA‑ing, and launching creative at volume (we run 75+ unique ads a week).
• Highly organized — you can run a high‑volume, fast‑moving brief pipeline without dropping details.
• Comfortable with performance data — you can pull and read reports and turn numbers into a clear recap.
• Sharp QA instincts — you catch the small things before they go live.
• Humble, scrappy, and entrepreneurial — you’re excited to learn fast, take on ownership, and grow with the channel.

• Basic creative, design, or video editing literacy.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Exposure to healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated space.
