Ecommerce Operations Coordinator

Summary

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator supports site optimization, merchandising, marketplace operations, UAT, and omnichannel fulfillment across NCSA e-commerce regions. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager (NCSA), the role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, CRM, Merchandising and Logistics to drive operational efficiency and sales performance. This position contributes to process improvements, A/B testing, and VIP/clienteling initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

• Execute daily ecommerce operations including site merchandising updates, promotional launches, and on-site optimizations.
• Support omnichannel fulfillment initiatives and monitor cancellation rates and shipment timelines to improve performance.
• Manage marketplace operations for Farfetch and coordinate uploads and order processing for Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Shop Simon via Cymbio and Mirakl.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and highlight trends and insights.
• Support UAT for new features, integrations, and system rollouts and plan and analyze A/B tests across owned and marketplace environments.
• Partner with the VIP Concierge team for clienteling initiatives and assist with in-store training and cross-functional communication.

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of eCommerce experience at a retail brand.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive self-starter able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with Google Analytics, JIRA, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, PowerBI, and Forter is a plus.
• Strong verbal and analytical communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
• Understanding of luxury clientele and ability to create succinct, visually appealing presentations.
