Event Coordinator, Marketing ​/ Advertising ​/ PR

Manhattan Promotions is a rapidly growing sales and marketing firm specializing in live events, customer acquisition, and brand representation for nationally recognized clients. We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team.

This position is ideal for recent graduates and motivated individuals looking to build a career in event management, marketing, business development, and leadership.

• Coordinate and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Assist in the planning, organization, and logistics of live events
• Ensure events are executed efficiently and meet client expectations
• Represent client brands professionally and positively at all events
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Monitor event performance and prepare reports on campaign results
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and event partners
• Assist with team training, scheduling, and event preparation

• Strong organizational and time management skills
