Oscar is seeking an Associate, Sales Enablement to join our Product Marketing Team in New York. This role leads the development and scaling of our sales enablement strategy and collateral across key channels, ensuring a strong bridge between growth plans and field execution.
You will report to the Associate Director, Product Marketing and operate in a hybrid New York office with 3 in-office days per week. The role includes base pay, benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual bonuses.
