HTML Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy responsive HTML marketing emails using approved templates and brand guidelines
• Create digital event invitations and registration landing pages in Cvent for webinars, conferences, and client events
• Provide technical support for email development, event workflows, and platform capabilities
• Develop email campaigns including newsletters, thought leadership, and promotional communications
• Manage email assets within Eloqua or similar marketing automation platforms
• Oversee end-to-end event asset creation within Cvent
• Ensure emails and invitations render properly across devices, inboxes, and operating systems
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS and related technical issues
• Perform QA testing (links, personalization, dynamic content, formatting, accessibility) across platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional email experiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain quality and consistency across all assets using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid

• 4+ years of hands‑on email coding and production experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience with Oracle Eloqua, Cvent, and Word Press preferred
• Understanding of U.S. and U.K. email compliance regulationsns
• Strong grasp of UI standards and trends across devices, platforms, and email clients
