Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: New York

We're hiring a senior marketing operator to build and run brand building and market presence for Veridooh in International Markets (ex–Australia) with strong initial focus on the US.

This includes events and experiences, content across all our channels (including opinion pieces), relationships with industry publications, and getting Veridooh directly in front of brands.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role first, with a clear path to build and lead a team as Veridooh’s US and global market presence scales.

What you’ll do Brand building & market presence
  • Own event strategy and execution: plan and run the events and experiences that put Veridooh in front of brands, agencies, and media owners, from intimate dinners to larger activations.
  • Drive content across every channel: opinion pieces, thought leadership, and original content for our owned channels
  • Build publication and media relationships: develop direct contacts at the trade and industry press that matter to our market.
  • Get in front of brands directly: build the relationships and moments that put Veridooh's name in front of brand marketers and CMOs, not just agencies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and solve enablement gaps (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards).
  • Support RFP responses with sales-ready messaging.
Demand generation across channels
  • Build direct-advertiser demand generation programs for the US and International markets, across the channel mix that earns pipeline: AEO/SEO, organic, webinars, ABM, and events.
  • Own email and lifecycle marketing activities.
Marketing ops, analytics & reporting
  • Own the marketing tech stack: select, manage, and get value out of our CRM/marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools rather than just "using what's there."
  • Manage the marketing budget: allocate spend across channels, content, and tooling with a clear read on ROI.
  • Report on marketing performance to leadership: pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and brand/market-presence metrics, on a regular cadence.
  • Use that data to reallocate spend and effort toward what's working, and kill what isn't.
What success looks like (first 6 months)
  • A signature event or experience series launched and running in-market.
  • A published content/thought-leadership cadence live across our channels.
  • Direct relationships established with target number of publications and target number of brands.
  • At least one repeatable US demand generation program is live and measurable.
What you'll bring
  • Proven Marketing Leadership: 8–14 years in B2B marketing, with demonstrated experience building brand, events, or demand generation programs from the ground up at a growth-stage company. You've built a function before, not just run an existing playbook.
  • Industry

    Experience:

Background in B2B SaaS and ad-tech. Direct exposure to OOH/DOOH, programmatic, or media/agency relationships would be a plus, not a requirement.
  • Tool & Platform Fluency: Hands‑on fluency with the modern marketing toolkit — CRM/marketing automation, analytics and reporting platforms, and AI‑assisted content and design tools, with the judgment to use them well rather than let them do the thinking for you.
  • Problem‑Solving and Autonomy: Comfortable as a senior operator without an existing team, budget, or infrastructure already built around you. A builder mindset, not a caretaker of someone else's playbook.
  • Relationship‑Building

    Skills:

Proven ability to build and sustain agency, publication, and brand‑side relationships that convert into market visibility
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

Comfortable operating as a peer and partnering directly with sales leadership on enablement.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • New York based, or willing to relocate; comfortable being the only full-time marketing presence in the US initially.
Why work at Veridooh

You'll be joining a high-performing team with an eNPS of +72 (March 2026), a rare score for a scaling startup, and a culture that encourages continual personal and professional growth.

Other reasons:

  • High reward: Hypergrowth (100X) opportunities within the business globally, with real upside as one of our earliest US hires.
  • Impactful: You'll be Veridooh's first full-time marketing hire in the US, with a genuine mandate to build and shape the function from the ground up, not inherit someone else's playbook.
  • Award-winning: Veridooh has been named B&T Marketing Technology Company of the Year, a Campaign Tech Most Valuable Product winner, and shortlisted for the AFR Most Innovative Companies list and Performance Marketing World's Top 100 Powerlist.
  • Performance Experience Program: A structured performance program designed to help you grow and get real feedback, not just an annual review.
  • Social impact: A conscious culture and climate positive company.
