Oscar Health in New York is hiring a Sales Enablement Associate, ICHRA to join our Product Marketing Team. You will develop enablement resources that translate the ICHRA mechanism for brokers, tech platforms, and employers, serving as the bridge between growth strategy and field execution.
You will report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing and operate in a hybrid NY office with 3 in-office days per week, including Thursdays for team meetings, with flexible other days.
