Advertising Staff Attorney

Overview

• The Advertising & Promotions practice is nationally recognized and represents major national and international brands in a dynamic and fast-paced environment across a broad range of advertising, marketing, and promotional matters.
• This is a non-partnership-track Staff Attorney role.
• The role involves advising clients on advertising and marketing law, including claim substantiation, consumer protection and unfair competition issues, compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, sweepstakes and promotions, influencer and social media marketing, and review of advertising and marketing materials.
• Experience counseling clients on FTC, FDA, and state attorney general investigations and enforcement matters, as well as proceedings before the National Advertising Division (NAD), National Advertising Review Board (NARB), and Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU), is a plus.
• Candidates with experience supporting clients in the consumer products, retail, technology, food and beverage, health and wellness, or media industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
