VML HEALTH is a global healthcare agency that partners with healthcare clients across a broad definition of health, from high science to wellness and everything in between. We are excited to add an experienced and results-oriented Account Manager to our VML Health team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is a passion for delivering innovative and impactful healthcare marketing solutions.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.
• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
• Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

• A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of healthcare marketing trends and best practices.
• A confident and persuasive communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• A problem-solver, able to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
• A team player, able to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• A results-oriented individual, committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving measurable outcomes.

• 2-3 years of full-time experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media, with a focus on healthcare.
• Proven project management skills and experience managing budgets and timelines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
