Social media is increasingly being manipulated by bad actors, damaging the reputations of brands and individuals, spreading harmful content and consumer hate. Cyabra’s technology filters through social conversations to empower brands and marketing agencies to uncover coordinated inauthentic activity and discern people’s real sentiments online. Our powerful lens taps into hives of activity that are connected by common interests and passions to provide a deeper understanding of what drives consumers to help brands make smarter decisions.

In this role, you will investigate online conversations, identify coordinated influence campaigns & emerging narratives, and transform complex social media data into clear, actionable insights for global clients.

A significant part of the role involves creating high-quality executive reports, marketing intelligence briefs, and client-facing analyses that communicate findings in a compelling and accessible way. You'll work closely with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams, and present insights to clients.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with excellent writing and presentation skills, enjoys telling stories through data, and is comfortable engaging directly with clients.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements throughout the lifecycle.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting findings, and acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Conduct customized investigations and analyses based on client needs and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
