About the RoleThe Senior Account Executive (SAE) is a confident and experienced member of the account management team, ready to implement and lead execution. The SAE serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign execution and client expectations and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward.
- Serve as the primary team interface with day‑to‑day clients and client internal stakeholders.
- Anticipate client needs (short‑term/long‑term) and proactively address issues.
- Lead client status calls and is accountable for client status reports and meeting recaps.
- Manage day‑to‑day business by ensuring that work is done on time and on budget.
- Prepare budgets and statement /scope of work plans.
- 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
- Pharmaceutical agency experience required.
- Analytical skills needed to identify problems and solutions.
- Excellent communication and written skills, both internal and external.
- All communication is succinct, and next steps are clear.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi‑task.
- High attention to detail and can set priorities with ease.

Pay Range$45,000 - $100,000 USD
