Founding Marketing

We’re looking for a high‑calibre, high‑agency person to become the founding member of our marketing team. You’ll help define Antimetal’s narrative and positioning, shape how we show up in the market, and play a significant role in our upcoming company launch.

This is an early, hands‑on role for someone who is hungry to build, comfortable with ambiguity, and cares deeply about storytelling and hyper‑scaling.

Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues — giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.

• Shape Antimetal’s narrative, positioning, messaging, and broader market presence.

• Play a significant role in our upcoming launch across content, social, events, partnerships, OOH, and other creative formats.

• Turn complex technical ideas, product developments, and customer outcomes into clear and compelling stories.

• Create campaigns and content that help Antimetal cut through the noise and reach a wider audience.

• Run experiments across channels and tactics, then double down on what shows traction.

• Plan memorable events and brand moments, from intimate dinners to conferences and physical activations.

• Track what’s working, kill what isn’t, and document what you learn.

• 1–4 years of marketing or growth experience at a startup or high‑growth technology company.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can be clear, specific, and earn attention without being loud.

• Experience with positioning, messaging, launches, or brand campaigns.

• A broad understanding of GTM, with deeper expertise in at least one of content, brand, product marketing, social, events, or partnerships.

• Comfort owning work end‑to‑end with limited guidance.

• Enough technical curiosity to understand what we’re building and who we’re building it for.

• High standards, strong opinions, good taste, and a bias toward action.

• Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, observability, or AI products.

• You use Claude Code or other coding agents to improve your efficiency.

• Identify as a builder.

• Are excited to work in‑person from our new and spacious office in New York.
