KIKO MILANO is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic U.S. team. In this role, you will support the Product Marketing Director in shaping and executing strategic commercial plans that elevate KIKO’s presence across retail and digital channels.
As a key partner to Sales and cross-functional HQ teams, you will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring our commercial plans align with retailer priorities, consumer behavior, and KIKO’s global brand vision. This role blends creativity with analytical precision, making it ideal for someone passionate about beauty, retail innovation, and best-in-class execution.
RESPONSIBILITES: COMMERICAL & TRADE STRATEGY- Support the development and execution of omnichannel trade marketing strategies and promotional calendars.
- Represent customer and retailer needs in cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams.
- Build sell-in decks, trade materials, and customer-facing presentations.
- Integrate digital, influencer, and e-commerce elements into trade plans.
- Contribute to local pricing proposals for new launches and participate in competitive price mapping.
- Maintain up-to-date commercial documents for team alignment and visibility.
- Manage the full trade marketing calendar, ensuring all teams are informed of upcoming initiatives.
- Manage the local launches calendar and new product availability dates.
- Collaborate with Pricing and Demand Planning to ensure promotional accuracy and pricing setup.
- Ensure proper information-sharing across internal teams and HQ to support execution.
- Provide input into retailer media plans and internal planning touchpoints.
- Create customer-specific marketing plans and POS/POP materials that drive visibility online and in-store.
- Partner with Sales to optimize merchandising, displays, and presence.
- Ensure activations are executable in-field and aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage assortment for FSS (Free Standing Stores) to support channel-specific needs.
- Analyze market trends, shopper insights, pricing, and competitive activity to guide strategy.
- Conduct weekly and post-promo performance reviews with clear recommendations.
- Track trade marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Category Management (beauty/personal care/retail preferred).
- Strong understanding of U.S. retail and omnichannel environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCYThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually. This range does not include additional compensation or benefits such as commission, overtime, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement programs, or paid time off. Full compensation details will be shared during the interview process and/or with an official offer.
