Let’s be direct.

Why This Role Deserves Your Attention

AI agents are about to become the dominant way enterprises execute work — not just assist it. But there’s a fundamental problem no one has solved: when hundreds of agents operate across systems for days, who authorized them, what boundaries they operate under, and how do you trust the outcome? That’s the gap we’re building for. Metaprise is building the operating system for enterprise AI work forces: a single platform where multiple agents can be deployed, coordinated, governed, and trusted at scale.

  • A unified execution runtime (AURA)
  • Built‑in governance: identity, authority, audit
  • A mission‑based execution model — pay only when work is completed
  • Deployable across cloud, hybrid, or fully air‑gapped environments

Most companies today stitch together fragmented layers — Lang Chain for chaining logic, Temporal for execution reliability, and internal tooling for governance (if any). We’re not another layer in that stack. We’re the operating system that makes the stack irrelevant: a complete, end‑to‑end solution for deploying, orchestrating, governing, and trusting AI agents at enterprise scale.

The product is built. The architecture is proven. The GTM motion is ready. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships. You’ll be expected to understand the technical architecture deeply and translate it in real‑time with enterprise buyers, not just to educate but to close deals.

What You’ll Own

You are not writing blog posts. You are defining a category and helping close the companies that adopt it.

  • Own technical storytelling: you’re in the room with enterprise buyers, partners, and stakeholders, translating AURA’s architecture into clear, compelling narratives that move deals forward.
  • Own the narrative: build the messaging architecture from scratch for each buyer persona (CFO, Chief Risk Officer, Head of AI, systems integrator) and make each story land.
  • Drive go‑to‑market for every launch and expansion: set positioning, launch plan, and enablement that make each capability hit.
  • Drive deal velocity: create collateral, pitch decks, competitive narratives, and step into complex deals to unblock momentum.
  • Feed market intelligence back into the product: translate buyer resistance, resonant language, and emerging use cases that shape future builds.
  • Keep the CEO armed with market positioning, buyer insight, and category strategy: work as a strategic partner on how the company goes to market.
Who You Are

We don’t care how many years are on your resume. We care about motivation and potential. The best person for this role might have 2 years or 10 — what matters is that you’re genuinely hungry for the work itself, not just the title.

You’re technically fluent. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you can understand and explain systems, APIs, execution layers, orchestration, and infrastructure in a way that earns trust with technical and non‑technical buyers.

You’re comfortable in closing environments. You’ve been in high‑stakes conversations, whether in product marketing, solutions, or pre‑sales, and know how to move a buyer from interest to commitment.

The baseline
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Hands‑on experience in product marketing, content strategy, or GTM roles in B2B tech (product marketing, demand gen, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy).
  • You’ve built messaging for a complex product, supported a sales team, and know what it takes to move an enterprise buyer from confused to convinced.
Here’s what your week actually looks like

You’ll attend launch planning sessions with Leadership, Sales, and Product to align on positioning, channel strategy, and the narrative that makes a new capability land in the market. You’ll build the competitive playbook, review the website and campaign landing pages, and ensure copy converts. You’ll write a messaging framework covering every persona and use case, a one‑pager for a C‑suite meeting, a pitch deck that makes the value proposition impossible to miss, talk tracks, and objection‑handling guides.

You’ll be the messaging quality bar for emails, case studies, campaigns, launch briefs, and more. When you’re not in…
