Who We Are Looking ForThe Media Manager, Paid Social is responsible for the strategic oversight and hands‑on management of paid social media activations. You will help create strategy, build, launch, optimize, and report on paid social media campaigns for a large client in the travel industry.
What You'll DoSupport paid social strategy development by compiling client research, competitive data, and social platform information.
Manage tactical planning and buying for paid media across all major social platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
Analyze campaign data, pull regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
Translate complex data into clear, insightful reports for both client and internal stakeholders.
Stay current with new ideas, trends, and technologies within the social media landscape to innovate and educate.
A curious and analytical thinker, you dive deep into data to uncover insights that drive campaign strategy and continuous improvement.
A collaborative team player who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and is willing to both share your expertise and learn from others.
A highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual who thrives on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations with bold, effective solutions.
1–3 years of experience in paid social media management; agency experience is preferred.
Required hands‑on experience with the native ads managers for Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Linkedin
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Relevant platform certifications are a plus.
