New York, NY – Hybrid schedule (remote Monday/Friday, in‑office Tuesday‑Thursday).

At Magnite, the world’s largest independent sell‑side advertising platform, we shape how millions of people read, watch, and buy. This role assists in defining and executing go‑to‑market strategies for our DV+ platform, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and actionable enablement for the Commercial teams.

• Drive Go‑to‑Market execution: develop and execute GTM strategies across key product initiatives.
• Build and manage timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional alignment across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
• Own sales enablement & content development: create high‑quality sales enablement materials (decks, one‑sheets, FAQs, internal communications).
• Translate technical product features into clear, actionable messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Partner with Sales to ensure materials are usable, relevant, and aligned to real‑world conversations.
• Contribute to product positioning and narrative development across the platform, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment: bring stakeholders along early, identify risks, and communicate changes before deadlines are impacted.
• Use structured workflows (e.g., DACI) to drive clarity, ownership, and accountability.

• 2+ years of product marketing, marketing, or product management experience in the B2B technology sector.
• Understanding of programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Experience working closely with product on technical details.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across digital mediums.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Excellent people‑management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross‑functional teams, and third parties, with flexibility to adapt strategy to evolving business needs.

Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000. Salary determined by location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
