Product Marketing Intern (AI Agent

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern to work directly with the CEO and core team at Pai Box — an AI-driven workflow orchestration and execution platform for real estate operations.

This is not a traditional internship. You’ll be deeply involved in real execution across product, operations, and go-to-market, with immediate visibility into how your work impacts the business.

• Support onboarding of property managers and vendors onto the Pai Box platform
• Assist with backend operational workflows and exception handling
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback to inform product improvements
• Develop customer case studies and pilot performance insights
• Contribute to product design, UI/UX thinking, and feature iteration
• Support outbound communication including email campaigns and messaging
• Create and manage Linked In content, marketing materials, and visual assets

• Direct experience building a company from the ground up
• Exposure to real-world application of AI in operational systems
• Hands‑on involvement across product, operations, and go-to-market strategy
• Close collaboration with the CEO on product thinking and execution
• A fast feedback loop — your work will ship and be used immediately

• Highly proactive and execution-oriented
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Interested in AI, startups, and real-world system building
• Bonus: experience with design tools, content creation, or product thinking
