Senior Account Executive

New York City or Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid 3 days a week onsite

We're partnering with an independent communications agency that's seeking a Senior Account Executi
ve to join its team.

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of consumer brands.
• Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns.
• Drive media relations, thought leadership, and storytelling initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and social teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members while growing into future leadership opportunities.
• Help clients navigate communications strategies that deliver measurable business results.

• 4–5+ years of agency public relations or integrated communications experience.
• Strong media relations background with exceptional writing skills.
• Experience supporting consumer brands.
• Excellent client management and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional agency environment.
• Agriculture or sustainability experience is a plus but not required.
