The Senior Art Director will drive concept‑to‑execution, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and maintaining client relationships to push creative boundaries.

• Concept, design, and deliver innovative advertising campaigns and brand experiences for global brands.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, strategists, and producers to craft customer‑focused solutions that meet advertiser objectives.
• Take independent ownership of campaigns while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners.
• Provide high‑quality design and art direction across Amazon touchpoints.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and AI tooling.
• Apply data‑driven insights to understand customers and deliver measurable results.
• Present concepts to clients, partner agencies, and internal teams.
• Show a track record of ideating across traditional and non‑traditional formats.
• Demonstrate the ability to create new advertising mediums.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers and creatives.

• Eight or more years of driving creative strategy and execution within an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Bachelor's degree.
• An online portfolio or work samples that showcase innovative, insight‑driven campaigns solving advertiser problems across media channels, including video, social, digital, activations, radio, and outdoor.
