Social Media Coordinator

We are a growing restaurant group with 12 locations across NYC and FL, dedicated to bringing happiness and health to the world through our love of sushi. Our brand is built on the promise: "Good Food. Good Vibes. Good People. Rolled with Love." We’re looking for a social-obsessed storyteller to help build our brand voice and grow our audience across every platform.

As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll own content creation and community engagement across all Bondi Sushi social channels. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with leadership and restaurant teams to turn trends, menu launches, and everyday moments into scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and sales.

• Create content that supports the brand calendar and taps into relevant trends.
• Brainstorm and pitch original content ideas that drive engagement and sales.
• Film and edit all Reels and Tik Tok content.
• Manage daily community engagement across platforms.
• Coordinate influencer outreach and cross-promotional partnerships.
• Report on and analyze engagement and growth metrics.
• Manage the paid social ads calendar.
• Support menu launches and events with light graphic design.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends.

• 1+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio of video-first content (Reels, Tik Tok, or similar).
• Excellent time management and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools.
• Ability to coordinate shoots, both large and small, across departments and locations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
