Real Self is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager in New York City to own external paid advertising and internal brand campaigns. You’ll drive strategy through hands-on execution, optimize for performance and ROAS, and collaborate with Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Product to sharpen creative, targeting, and spend decisions.
This role reports to the Data Analytics Lead and is a high-ownership IC position, with a hybrid NYC setup and a salary range of $130,000–$145,000 per year.
