As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will drive the in-season execution of Lands' End's brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across PR, Social, Influencer, Editorial, Creative, and Merchandising teams. This role translates seasonal strategies into actionable plans, coordinates integrated marketing initiatives across channels, and ensures consistent product and brand storytelling that supports business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage in-season marketing plans that support seasonal brand and business strategies.
- Develop and maintain the monthly marketing playbook, serving as the central source of truth for integrated marketing activity.
- Partner cross-functionally with PR, Social, Influencer, Editorial, Creative, and Merchandising teams to ensure coordinated campaign execution.
- Align channel activity to a cohesive customer journey, maintaining consistency in messaging, timing, and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, approvals, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the brand marketing partner to Merchandising, identifying opportunities to elevate category and product storytelling.
- Maintain marketing tools, planning resources, and documentation that support integrated campaign planning and execution.
- Support the development of marketing briefs, recommendations, and planning materials that inform business and marketing decisions.
- Partner with Analytics and Insights teams to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities throughout execution and drive resolution with key stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, playbooks, and integrated planning materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and follow all safety and attendance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including PR, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Content, and Creative Development.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing marketing plans, campaign briefs, calendars, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
